Refund and Returns Policy

APW Enduro Tyres does not accept returns or provide refunds where a customer has simply changed their mind, ordered the incorrect product, found the product cheaper elsewhere or no longer requires the product.

This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not fit for its stated purpose or does not match its description, please contact APW Enduro Tyres so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products

Please contact APW Enduro Tyres before returning a product. We may ask for your order details, photographs and information about the issue so we can assess the product and provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
