The Kenda K774 IBEX is a rear gummy tyre designed for EnduroCross and extreme enduro. Its super-soft compound and flexible casing suit riders who prioritise grip and terrain compliance through slow, technical obstacles.

Where does the Kenda IBEX work best?

Kenda designed the IBEX for rock gardens, log crossings and demanding enduro terrain. Its wet-traction compound helps grip slippery obstacles, while the open drive pattern helps clear loose material. Shoulder blocks support the soft tread during cornering.

Choose the IBEX when a soft, terrain-following feel is a priority for technical riding. Its compliant casing helps the tyre adapt to obstacles. Kenda recommends low-speed use below 64 km/h; keep that intended use in mind when choosing a tyre for your riding.

Mousse, TUbliss or tube: how do I choose?

For a full mousse, match the exact tyre brand, model, size and rim width using the NitroMousse fitment chart. Platinum Standard gives a 10–12 psi feel; Plushie gives a softer 6–8 psi feel for slower technical riding. These figures describe feel, not inflation pressure.

TUbliss uses a high-pressure inner bladder and a separately adjustable tyre chamber. Confirm the correct rim dimensions and follow the system’s installation and maintenance instructions. A tube-type tyre marking alone does not confirm a particular insert or system will fit.
